Aspirus Network is a regional network of primary and specialty care physicians, hospitals, and allied healthcare professionals. We have integrated the delivery of health care services between network members, health plans, payers, and businesses in the communities we serve.

Aspirus Network contracts with most health plans and payers in the region. These plans include health maintenance organizations (HMOs), preferred provider organizations (PPOs), and network only or “broker” arrangements. We also contract directly with employers and community business coalitions. For a listing of contract arrangements with health plans and payers, please visit the Participating Plans tab above. We build relationships with health plans and businesses to help reduce healthcare costs while meeting the needs of employees.

The Aspirus Network, Inc. (ANI) Board of Directors consists of 9 elected members as per the Bylaws and Code of Conduct policy. The Board has regularly scheduled meetings with the right to hold a special meeting at the discretion of the Chairman or Executive Director. Board meeting minute highlights are available to managers on the secure site.

The Credentials Committee evaluates provider applications, reapplications and supporting documentation regarding approvals, denials, terminations or other credentialing actions.
